Rumi Carter steals the spotlight during outing in New York. Fans react

The Cowboy Carter Tour is underway, and Beyoncé’s daughters, Blue and Rumi Carter, have shared the spotlight with their iconic mum. Since the tour began on April 28, 2025, Blue Ivy Carter has joined the backup dancers daily, dazzling the crowd with impressive dance moves and cute cowboy costumes.

Rumi Carter has proved the style icon. At the May 1 Los Angeles concert, the 7-year-old looked angelic in a glittering golden gown, which she paired with matching cowboy boots. Rumi Carter was dressed in a silver cropped top with matching cargo-style trousers at the New Jersey show held at the Met Life Stadium.

The star of the show was her white fur jacket, which matched her mom’s fur trench coat. Rumi’s braids, adorned with beads, rounded up her cool ensemble.

The Spirit crooner’s coat had silver and black embellishments, which accented her sequinned black dress. Big sister Blue wore gold, favoured by the backup dancers for the performance, and rocked her black braids with blonde highlights.

The younger Carter daughter enjoyed her moment at the concert as she sang the lyrics to Beyoncé’s Protector, waved to fans, and leaned into her mom’s embrace. When Blue Ivy stretched out her hands to escort Rumi from the stage, the latter didn’t look too happy to leave.

A fan account on Instagram, @rumiyonce, shared the adorable video of Rumi Carter with her mother and sister, and fans gushed over her white coat.

“They done let my girl Rumi get a fur coat. It’s a wrap,” @dose_of_boujee commented.

“They done let my little sis a fur coat! I know that’s right, Rumi girl!” @thefaithwoodard added.

“I was there, and the coats were needed!! It was cold and rainy,” @afrolatinaquarius explained.

Others poked fun at Blue Ivy Carter, stylishly ushering her baby sister from the stage:

“Rumi was like my big sister, always reaching out for my hands, and Rumi is 'girl I need to enjoy the stage more. I love Rumi energy,” @cute_mrs_brown stated.

The Cowboy Carter tour is scheduled to end on July 26, 2025, at Paradise’s Allegiant Stadium. So far, Beyoncé has performed in Inglewood, Chicago, and East Rutherford. Her next city is London. She’ll perform there from June 5 to June 16, 2025.
