Russell Dickerson recently released his fourth studio album, Famous Back Home, on August 22, 2025. The singer talked about the album in an exclusive interview with Country Now on August 22, 2025, elaborating on the title of the album:

"You never know going into a write if it’s going to be a good one, right? So I was really hoping. I saved that title, which was my wife’s title by the way. Saved that for the people I could trust the most – Casey Brown [and] Parker Welling."

Dickerson continued:

"I had a feeling that it was headed that direction. I wanted to write from a place of just where I’m at and right from a place of what I’m excited about."

Russell Dickerson started his career in the early 2010s, releasing his debut studio EP, Die to Live Again, in 2011. The singer released his debut album, Yours, in 2017. He released his second album, Southern Symphony, in 2020. His third album, Russell Dickerson, was released in 2022.
