Selena Gomez will be turning 33 on July 22, 2025, and she has decided to have an early celebration with the people she cares the most about. On Sunday, July 20, Selena took to her Instagram to share a carousel of pictures showcasing moments from the special birthday celebration featuring Taylor Swift and Benny Blanco.
The carousel includes ten slides that show Selena enjoying herself with her special people beside her. In the first slide, Selena poses while wearing a sequinned black jumpsuit with a fur jacket over her shoulders.
“As I prepare to celebrate my 33rd birthday, I can't help but reflect on the incredible journey that has brought me here. This past year has truly been the most beautiful year of my life, and I owe so much of that to all of you,” Selena Gomez wrote in the lengthy caption of the post.
The "I Said I Love You First" hitmaker also posted a couple of pictures that showed her and her fiancé, Benny Blanco, sharing an intimate moment.
“Thank you for your unwavering love and kindness. Whether you cheered me on from the sidelines, shared in my highs and lows, or simply offered a listening ear, you have made this year unforgettable. I am extremely humbled and insanely appreciative of all your love,” she added in the caption.
In another slide, Selena Gomez takes a picture surrounded by balloons as she sits next to her superstar best friend Taylor Swift.

Selena Gomez's plan for the future
Before Selena Gomez dazzled her fans with snaps from her birthday celebration, Benny Blanco appeared on the Jake Shme podcast and spoke about him and Selena's plan for the future.
According to the music producer, he and Gomez are already planning for their summer wedding and are considering setting a wedding date sometime during the summer. In the July 9 episode, Blanco revealed that the only thing stopping them is their tight schedule.
“We’re both working on so many things that we hadn’t even had time to get into it,” Blanco said. “But we’re so excited.”
