Justin Bieber has joined the "I’m A Mommy" Love Island trend with his own unique twist. The 31-year-old pop star, who recently went viral for telling the paparazzi that he was “standing on business”, shared a mashup of his clip and the one featuring Love Island USA season seven contestants Huda and Nic.
The mashup shared on Instagram begins with footage of Bieber saying, “I’m a dad, I’m a husband.” It then cuts up to the Love Island clip of Huda telling Nic, “I’m a mom. I’m a mommy,” before Nic replies, “Mamacita?”
The video progresses to an old clip of Bieber saying to interviewers, “What about uhm, Mamacita?” The footage cuts to Huda’s reply to Nic, “No, I'm a mommy,” as Nic replies, “A mom of what?”
The mashup continues as Bieber tells the paparazzi, "It's not clocking to you that I'm standing on business, is it?" The video ends with a clip of influencer Plushh’s criticism of YouTuber K Showtime on the Seeking Success Podcast. Plushh says:
"And what I don't like is if the business is true that you left your mom in the hood, somebody go smoke that yute."
The video has over 13 million views and 14 thousand comments.
Viral Justin Bieber's "Standing On Business" and Love Island’s "I’m a Mommy" memes explained
For context, a video of the What Do You Mean hitmaker went viral on June 18, 2025, where he was confronting photographers while leaving the SoHo House social club in Malibu, California. As the paparazzi pestered him with questions and continued to take pictures of him, notwithstanding his request for them to stop, Justin Bieber could be heard saying:
“It’s not clocking to you. It’s not clocking to you that I’m standing on business?”
The clip, which quickly became a viral Internet meme, was soon joined by "I’m a Mommy" from the Love Island reality show. The "I’m a Mommy" memes originated from an interaction between Huda and Nic in episode 12 of Love Island USA season 7.
In the viral clip, Huda reveals to her co-star Nic that she is a single mom, but the latter hilariously seems confused about her statement initially. The interaction goes thus:
Huda: I have a secret to tell you. All the girls know, Jeremiah knows, but you have to promise me you’re not gonna say anything to any of the other guys, cause it’s not their business. But I’m a mommy.
Nic: Mommy?
Huda: I’m a mom.
Nic: Mamacita.
Huda: No, I’m a mommy.
Nic: A mom of what? A dog?
Huda: I have a daughter.
Nic: Like in real life? Like a daughter? Like a real baby?
Huda: Like a human child.
The two then burst into laughter as Nic tells Huda that it is so cute that she’s a mom and asks questions about the child.
The two memes have gone viral on TikTok and X, with users using the sounds as voiceovers in their videos and lip syncing with their friends.
