Beyoncé and Jay-Z recently appeared together at the Cowboy Carter Atlanta concert, which was held at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium on July 13, 2025. During the concert, the two shared a kiss on stage. This resulted in reactions across the internet, as exemplified by the tweets below:

"i feel like this is a Nicki shade. EEEEWWWW."

The above reaction references the recent beef between Beyoncé and Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj, who has been dissing Jay-Z on social media for a while now and has been rumored to have beef with Beyoncé as well.

Other reactions to the kiss were more varied, with some being supportive of the couple, while others were put off by the public display of affection:

"They kissed, and suddenly everyone's relationship felt like a situationship," one netizen commented
"Sloan Bella said this was going to happen. I gotta feeling We are in the beginning of those predictions she did . She definitely said it troubles for the brand will start in November and continue to 2026 . They will have success and loses , but by the year 2030 it will be over," another netizen commented, referencing Astrologer Sloan Bella and her predictions.
"That’s crazy that Beyoncé has to put on a fake face like that to the world to try to protect her husband from all the crimes that he’s done. Beyoncé is his safeguard because everyone’s so delusional that Beyoncé is some perfect human being," one commenter reacted.
"Hottest couple B and J," one reactor opined.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been married since 2008

Jay-Z and the singer have been married since 2008. The couple first started dating publicly in the early 2000s and began collaborating frequently on music such as 03 Bonnie & Clyde and Crazy in Love. They would continue to collaborate in the subsequent years of their relationship.

In 2008, they got married, and in 2012, they had their first child, Blue Ivy Carter. The first major sign of family issues started cropping up soon after, with a public argument between Solange, Beyoncé's sister, and Jay-Z.

This was smoothed over subsequently. In 2016, the singer released Lemonade, an album that talks about issues related to infidelity and other marriage issues. This was followed by what seemed to be another rocky phase in the marriage between the two, with the singer making several solo appearances.

However, the two quickly went back to appearing together, and their family subsequently grew with twins Rumi and Sir in 2017. Soon after, Jay-Z admitted to being unfaithful to his wife in an exclusive interview with T: The New York Times Style Magazine on November 29, 2025, stating:

"You know, most people walk away, and like divorce rate is like 50 percent or something 'cause most people can't see themselves. The hardest thing is seeing pain on someone's face that you caused, and then have to deal with yourself. So, you know, most people don't want to do that. You don't want to look inside yourself. And so you walk away."

These revelations did not end the two's relationship, and the two continued with their marriage and musical collaborations with each other. Most recently, Jay-Z has been supporting the singer on her Cowboy Carter album tour, which began on April 28, 2025, and will continue till July 26, 2025, as of the writing of this article.
