Rapper and songwriter Gunna's new album, The Last Wun, is available for streaming! It comes after his previously released album, One of Wun (2024), released with YSL Records. The new album includes 25 tracks and various collaborations, featuring Offset, Burna Boy, and others.

The tracklist has notably caught people's attention, including X user Akademiks TV, who noticed a lyric on his single, On Me. He took to his channel and posted the lyrics,

"Crossed a milestone, I had my own son."

Akademiks TV claimed that Gunna revealed he has a son, but no official confirmation has been made about the same.

Rapper Gunna's new album has officially dropped and is reportedly making headlines for its lyrics. X user, Akademiks TV, claimed that the rapper revealed he has a son on his single, On Me. The rapper sings,

"If I ain't save my life, they want me killed some' (Killed some')/ They had me hurtin', startin' to feel numb/ Cross a milestone, I had my own son (Own son)"

However, no official comments have been made about his family life. However, some information on the track appears to be factual, including his headlining performance at Coachella in 2022. He sings in the first verse,

"I feel better when I'm headlinin' the Coachella."

According to social media outlets, the rapper had been dating someone, whom he reportedly called his "daughter" as a slang term. In an interview with Uproxx, he revealed there is "no theme" to his album, but in "real time", what is happening with him.

While it is unclear if the lyric is indicative of his personal life experience or just speculated to be, it is not uncommon for rappers to use their real-life experiences as inspiration for their tracks.
