As part of Dua Lipa's ongoing Radical Optimism world tour, the pop star headlined two consecutive nights at Wembley Stadium in London this weekend.

The shows were held on June 20 and 21, 2025. With the Wembley concerts, the British-Albanian singer placed herself among a beloved group of UK solo artists to headline the iconic venue. Dua Lipa is now the second British woman, after Adele, to achieve this significant milestone.

The Wembley concerts are part of a global run designed to support Dua Lipa's third studio album, Radical Optimism, which dropped earlier this year. The album follows 2020's Future Nostalgia and 2017's self-titled debut.

The first of the Wembley shows also featured a few eye-catching surprises, including guest appearances, deep cuts, and a high-energy encore.

During the June 20 show, Dua Lipa took a moment mid-set to introduce a special guest whom she credited with being a major inspiration. She introduced Jay Kay, frontman of the British funk/acid jazz band Jamiroquai. Lipa called him "a trailblazer for British music."

The pair then launched into a live rendition of the band's 1996 hit "Virtual Insanity." Jay Kay appeared on stage in a white tasseled jacket and pink jeans.

On the other hand, the June 21 Wembley concert featured a different guest: Charli XCX. She joined Dua Lipa on stage to perform her viral hit "360." Notably, Charli is officially set to headline the Other Stage at Glastonbury next weekend.
