Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding is upon us, and Meryl Streep will not be there to witness the couple’s big moment. The 76-year-old actress was seen in the front row at Milan Fashion Week.

To promote the sequel to her iconic movie, The Devil Wears Prada, Meryl Streep attended the event dressed in a complete Miranda Priestly outfit, which included the character's signature hairstyle.

Elsewhere, Meryl Streep was spotted with fashion icon Anna Wintour sharing a special moment. The actress revealed to the fashionista that this was her first fashion show.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 is expected to hit cinemas on May 1, 2026.

Although Meryl Streep will not be attending Selena’s big event, other celebrities, including Taylor Swift, Paris Hilton, Ashley Park, and Martin, have confirmed their attendance.

Taylor Swift landed in California on Friday, September 26, 2025, and was spotted hiding underage black umbrellas at Santa Barbara Airport. According to inside sources, the “Blank Space” hitmaker will be staying at a private rental home for security reasons.

“She will be renting a house near the wedding venue, which is a secret to the public. Her security team feels it’s better than a hotel,” an inside source reports per Page Six

Selena’s rehearsal dinner was on Friday, and reports share that their nuptials are scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2025.
