Winston Surfshirt 2025 Australian tour: Ticket info, dates, venues, and more explored

Winston Surfshirt is officially set to get back on the road in 2025 with some East Coast headline shows to celebrate the release of their fourth studio album, Winston.

The collective will play three intimate dates across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney this spring. It will also be their first headline appearances in some time. The relatively short tour will coincide with the release of the album on Friday, July 25, 2025, via Sweat It Out. It follows the drop of multiple singles that have previewed the direction of the upcoming record.

The newly announced tour will kick off with a Brisbane Festival performance at The Princess Theatre on Friday, September 26, 2025. Winston Surfshirt will continue with two October shows: Friday, October 17, 2025, at 170 Russell in Melbourne and Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Liberty Hall in Sydney.

Winston Surfshirt is a known name in Australia's modern music scene. Their shows are expected to feature a mix of fan favourites and fresh tracks from the upcoming album.

Winston Surfshirt shared the Australian tour announcement via their official Instagram handle. The post read:

Winston Surfshirt began as a solo project by singer, rapper, and producer Winston. It gradually evolved into a six-member collective. Their 2017 debut, Sponge Cake, featured their beloved single Be About You. It landed them national radio play and critical acclaim.

Over the years, the group released two more albums: Apple Crumble (2019) and Panna Cotta (2022). Winston Surfshirt recently performed at fests like Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival, to intimate gigs and boat performances off Sydney Harbour.

Tickets for Melbourne and Sydney shows will go on general sale on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 12 pm AEST via Moshtix. Fans can access presale tickets from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10 am AEST by signing up via MG Live's official presale link.

The Brisbane show is part of Brisbane Festival 2025, and tickets are already available through the festival's official website. As a festival event, standard venue and festival conditions apply.
