Wrecking Ball Metal Madness festival 2025 is set to be held on October 25, 2025, at The Echo in Dallas, Texas. The festival will feature performances by Frozen Soul, Creeping Death, Suffocation, and Brain Matter. The festival is set to return after a year of absence, having taken a hiatus in 2024.

Tickets for the festival will be available on September 5, 2025, at 10:00 am Texas time via the official website of the festival or via various vendors. The festival announced its lineup via a post on its official Instagram page on September 2, 2025, stating:

"WRECKING BALL METAL MADNESS IS BACK IN DALLAS FUCKING TEXAS OCTOBER 25 at The Echo Lounge & Music Hall. We told y'all it would be worth the wait and we hope you are as happy as we are."

The statement continues:

"It pained us to take last year off but we didn't want to half ass the fest, and timing just didn't line up – but here we are. Bringing old friends and new just like this fest has always done. Art by the mighty Wyrmwalk flyer by Muerto Distro."

Wrecking Ball Metal Madness started in 2021, with the first edition featuring Devourment, Frozen Soul, and Creeping Death. The first edition was held at the Halton Theater in Halton, Texas.

From the second edition, the festival was held at its current venue, The Echo Lounge in Dallas, Texas. The second edition featured performances by Parade of Flesh, Tribal Gaze, and more.

The third edition of the festival was a two-day event in 2023, instead of a single-day event. The festival featured performances by Dying Fetus, The Acacia Strain, Gates to Hell, and more.

Frozen Soul is a death metal band from Fort Worth, Texas. The band currently consists of Chad Green, Michael Munday, Samantha Mobley, Matt Dennard, and Chris Bonner. The band is known for their album Glacial Domination, produced by Matt Heafy of the heavy metal band Trivium.

Suffocation is a metal band that was established in 1988 in Centereach, New York. The band consists of Terrance Hobbs, Derek Boyer, Charlie Errigo, Eric Morotti, and Ricky Myers. The band is considered a pioneer of death metal and rose to prominence with their debut studio album, Effigy of the Forgotten.

Devourement is another Texan death metal band. The band currently consists of Ruben Rosas, Chris Andrews, Brad Fincher, and Dave Spencer. It is known for its albums Unleash the Carnivore and Conceived in Sewage.

Creeping Death is a metal band. The band consists of Rico Mejia, Trey Pemberton, Reese Alavi, Lincoln Mullins, and A.J. Ross III. The band released their newest album, Boundless Domain, in 2023.

Myth Carver is a heavy metal band. The band is led by Andrew Messer of Barricade fame. Alongside Messer, it consists of Steven Rodriguez, Tom Reyes, Jayson Braffet, and Daniel Schmuck.
