The Internet has been abuzz with rumors that Bree Williamson is headed to General Hospital. Williamson, however, has taken to Twitter to tell fans that the rumors are not true. A GH rep also dismisses the chatter as rumor.

Ever since Prospect Park confirmed that it has shuttered its plans to create an online network that would broadcast new episodes of All My Children and One Life to Live, fans have been crafting ideas of how their favorite actors might again land on a daytime drama series.

When ABC announced last week that One Life to Live showrunners Frank Valentini and Ron Carlivati would be joining General Hospital as executive producer and head writer, respectively, the news fueled rumors that former Llanview residents might soon find their way to Port Charles.

The latest Internet rumor had Bree Williamson (Jessica Buchanan) moving to Los Angeles to take on a role on General Hospital. The rumors had run so rampant that Williamson took to the Internet to debunk them.

"[The] only person I'm 'in talks' with is my son about a diaper change... And the deal stinks," Williamson quipped on Twitter.

A GH spokesperson echoes Williamson's remark, saying that the actress' rumored addition to the GH cast is "just a rumor, and we don't comment on rumors."

Williamson joined One Life to Live in February 2003. Williamson has received three consecutive Daytime Emmy nominations in the Outstanding Supporting Actress field.
