Atsuko Okatsuka extends 2025 North American tour: New dates, venues, and more explored

Atsuko Okatsuka is taking her Big Bowl Tour further. The comedian has officially added new dates to her 2025 North American run following reported high demand and sold-out shows.

The newly extended tour will include extra stops in multiple cities, including a second show in Toronto and additional performances in New York, San Francisco, and Ottawa. The expanded schedule comes following Atsuko Okatsuka's latest stand-up special, Father, which premiered on Hulu and Disney+ in June 2024.

Named after Okatsuka's signature haircut, the bowl cut, 2025 Big Bowl Tour now includes 29 performances across the U.S. and Canada. It is set to run from September 26 to November 22, 2025.

Atsuko Okatsuka took to her official Instagram handle to initially announce the 2025 trek. The post read:

Atsuko Okatsuka's second special, Father, was released in June 2024 as part of Hulu's Hularious comedy series. The show explores her relationship with her parents: her mother's schizophrenia, her grandmother's decision to bring her to the U.S., and her relationship with her father, whom she had not seen in decades.

Okatsuka first went viral during the pandemic with the #DropChallenge, a squat dance performed with her husband and grandmother. Her videos racked up millions of views and featured celebrity participants like Michelle Obama and the cast of Hamilton.
