Britney Spears is keeping her moves going despite a recent knee injury. The Criminal singer uploaded an Instagram video on October 5, revealing that she faced a knee injury at a friend's house. The caption read:

"I fell down the stairs at my friend’s house … it was horrible … it snaps out now and then, not sure if it’s broken but for now it’s snapped in !!!Thank u god"

In the video, Britney Spears was seen dancing while wearing a bandage on one knee. However, Spears didn’t reveal the friend’s name or exactly when the incident occurred.

She also opened up about her kids, Sean and Jayden, and the meaning behind continuing to dance despite the injury, writing:

Britney Spears opens up about leg surgeries

While fans are concerned for the singer, this is not the first time Britney Spears has opened up about an injury. Last year, Britney uploaded a photo of swollen feet. Sharing the details in another post, she wrote:

"Walking on a broken foot … if i go fast it goes numb !!!"

She continued:

"They always said it can heal on its own but theres a huge chance it can snap and break again 😬 !!! Well I always did the surgeries and it was more painful afterwards so I’m being stubborn this time .. I’m gonna see if my body knows how to heal itself 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ !!!"

She also revealed that she had undergone surgery on her left leg, including one on her foot and two on her knees.

Last May, Britney Spears made headlines after the Los Angeles Fire Department received a 911 call for an injured adult female, though no one was taken to the hospital. Talking about the incident, she wrote:

"Just to let people know … the news is fake !!! I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday. … I also twisted my ankle last night and paramedics showed up at my door illegally. They never came in my room but I felt completely harassed. I’m moving to Boston !!!"
