The Diddy trial is underway, and the rumor is that the music executive’s former girlfriend, Gina Gyunh, is refusing to take the stand. So far, Sean Diddy Combs’ former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, former employees, and rapper Kid Cudi have taken the stand and made explosive allegations against the embattled music executive.
Capricorn Clark, a former employee of Sean Diddy Combs, took the stand on May 27, 2025, and seemingly corroborated Cassie Ventura’s claims of Diddy being controlling and abusive towards the latter.
According to news reports, a woman identified as Victim 3 is one of the three alleged victims of Sean Diddy Combs’ business empire. The federal government’s indictment names three victims who were lured by Combs under the guise of a romantic relationship to be subjected to “freakoffs” and commercial sex acts.
So far, Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s on-and-off girlfriend from 2007 to 2018, has been identified as victim 1. Victim 2 remains largely unknown, and Victim 3, according to “sources close to the case,” is identified as a woman who has been referred to as “Gina” throughout the trial.
It would seem likely that Gina Huynh might be Victim 3 in the case. However, the prosecution or the defense team hasn't officially confirmed this.
More details on Gina Huynh Sean Diddy Combs’ former girlfriend
Gina Huynh, aka Gina V, is a former Vietnamese model and social media influencer who has leveled allegations of physical abuse against Diddy. In an interview with Tasha K in 2019, Gina claimed that the Bad Boy Records boss had physically assaulted her, stomping on her stomach and punching the back of her head.
She stated:
“He had caught me texting another man. He was in Miami, and it got really crazy at that time. We was upstairs. “ He, like, pushed me, and I fell to the ground, and then he got… He, like, stood over me. So, I was, like, laying on my back, and he stood over me, and he started, like, punching me, like this, like, he avoided my face, but he, like, started punching me like on the side of my head and I was just, like, covering my face.”
She added:
“He, like, stomped on my stomach, like, really hard, and I, like, took the wind out of my breath. I couldn't even breathe, but he kept hitting me, and I was, like, pleading to him, like, ‘Can you stop? I can't breathe.’ And he, like, stopped for a little, but he, like, grabbed my hair from the back and, like… Was, like, punching in the back of my head ‘cause he was just avoiding my face when he was, like, hitting me.”
Gina dated Diddy on and off from 2014 to 2019 and was allegedly involved with the music executive while he was still seeing Cassandra Ventura.
After Victim 3 was referenced in the government’s superseding indictment as part of the racketeering conspiracy count, sources claim that Victim 3 was not expected to take the stand as “she didn’t want to take the stand.”
A defense lawyer for Diddy Agnifilo commented on Victim 3’s alleged refusal to testify:
“My point is not an indictment issue. The government can call Gina if it wants to,” Agnifilo responded. “It might be difficult. It might be hard to do. They are the United States of America. They can get Gina into this courtroom if that is what they want to do.”
