In a recent development, D4vd has shifted ownership of his two Texas homes to his mother. The decision comes amid the ongoing investigation into Celeste Rivas’s death, whose remains were found in David's Tesla last month.
According to TMZ, the ownership of his two Houston homes was given to his mother on September 18 and September 22.
On the same day, September 18, a swatting call was reportedly made to one of the residences, prompting David Anthony Burke’s parents to answer the door to responding officers.

After the police arrived at the house, David Anthony Burke's parents opened the door. The authorities were told about a woman's scream along with threats. However, the singer's mother denied the claim by stating:
"It's just me and my daughter, the only females here. She's 8."
Police did not make any arrests and later classified the incident as a swatting call.

While the timing of the property transfer and the swatting call has started speculation, the fact that D4vd’s parents answered the door on the same day the home was transferred suggests they may have already been living there. However, this has not been officially confirmed.
David Anthony Burke and his manager have already vacated their $5 million Hollywood mansion following a police raid. In a statement to SFGATE, the owner of the house said:
"I did not know D4vd, nor was I aware that he was living in the house. The news came as a complete surprise."
A GoFundMe has been launched for Celeste Rivas, with the page stating:
"As many of you know, Celeste Rivas Hernandez has been identified as the body found last week. She was a beloved daughter, sister, cousin, and friend. Her family is heartbroken and devastated by this tragic loss. Any funds you are able to donate are greatly appreciated. -The Rivas Hernandez family"
An update was also made recently, stating:
"Thank you to everyone who is gracious enough to donate. The family is incredibly grateful. God Bless."
It has raised $24,843 as of today.
