Savannah Chrisley opened up about Chase Chrisley's drinking problem on the latest episode of The Chrisleys: Back to Reality. In January 2025, Chase was arrested after allegedly slapping the manager during a bar fight. His parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, are worried about their son.
While Chase and Savannah Chrisley's parents were in prison at the time of his arrest, Savannah tried to help her brother by suggesting rehab. However, her younger brother reacted strongly against the idea, telling his sister to:
"go f**k yourself."
While Chase claims that he has been sober for a month, Savannah Chrisley refuses to believe it. She said:
"Do I believe it? No, because if he was, he wouldn't look the way that he looks. It's just the reality of it. He does not look healthy."
What did Savannah Chrisley's parents say about Chase's drinking problem?
In a recent episode of The Chrisleys: Back to Reality, Julie's voiceover can be heard saying:
"the worst possible thing as a parent that you can think of... breaks my heart."
Todd Chrisley also spoke about his son's alcohol problem. He said:
"I don't know that I was shocked, because I had been warning Chase for years to stop with the drinking. There was nothing in a bar that was going to bring you no good fortune."
The episode also featured a video message from Todd for his son Chase. Todd said:
"Hey, Chase. I love you, son. I've loved you since the moment that you drew your first breath... Don't you ever give up in life. More importantly, don't give up on yourself. You've gotta stop with the alcohol. You've gotta stop. Find your faith. Every day of your life, know I love you beyond what I can put into words. I love you, son."
What did Chase Chrisley say about his arrest?
In the most recent episode, Chase recalled his arrest after a bar fight in January 2025. He said that he was "heavily drunk" and does not really recall much of what happened that night.
A 911 audio call was played, and Marty, Chase's friend, mentioned that Chase might have slapped the bar manager after he got into a fight with him. However, the 29-year-old denied the allegations, saying:
"I wouldn't slap somebody. Like, I'd get my money's worth... Everybody there says I didn't put my hands on anybody."
He concluded by saying:
"I think I kind of just hit rock bottom."
Chase and Savannah Chrisley's relationship has been rocky for the last few years; even her mother and grandmother could see it. However, as Chase celebrates his one-month sobriety, he started Gold Drop, a brand of alcohol-free seltzers, to help those who are struggling with alcohol addiction.
