Emilie Kiser thanked health professionals in her recent Instagram story following a therapy session. The caption of the story read:

"The strength you carry helping others each day is something that makes me emotional, especially now thinking about our/my grief journey and what I talk to my therapist about. You guys are amazing 🤍"

Emilie Kiser lost her 3-year-old son, Trigg, in a drowning accident in their backyard pool in May. She returned to Instagram in August after taking a long break from the social media platform. In the return statement released in August on her social media, she said:

"I've spent days, weeks, months trying to find them and also take the time I've needed to digest the loss of my baby. Trigg is our baby and our best friend. The light and spirit he brought into this world was bright, pure, joyful, and undeniable."

She acknowledged her responsibility as his mother and reflected that a permanent pool fence could have prevented the tragedy. She further hoped that sharing Trigg’s story would help protect other children and families from similar loss.

Emilie Kiser thanks her followers for the support

Emilie Kiser shared a video on September 24, speaking to her followers and beginning by thanking them for their support.

"I know that might sound silly to a lot of people, but I really do love this community that we have here, and I hope that in coming back and sharing a little bit of what I choose to, I can reconnect with you guys and hopefully help anyone who is maybe going through a similar situation."

She shared that she is taking life day by day and trying to find her footing. Kiser said the past three months have been very difficult, and creating content has been therapeutic for her, though she is still unsure how much to share online. In the video, she was also seen wearing a pendant with her son Trigg’s name.

In another Instagram story, uploaded in September, Emilie Kiser came forward to thank her followers, writing:

"I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and support on my most recent post. I have been truly blown away by the love, comfort, and support. I appreciate so many of you sharing your similar experiences and your own stories of how you have dealt with grief and loss."

Kiser welcomed her second son, Theodore, in March with her husband, Brady. The couple tied the knot in 2019 and welcomed their first son, Trigg, two years later.

Fans of Emilie Kiser have been very supportive, sending her love and best wishes as she moves forward with her family.
