Sean Diddy Combs’ trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution continued on June 13, 2025, and Jonathan Perez has taken the stand as a witness for the prosecution.
Perez, who worked as Diddy’s assistant from 2021 to 2024, alleged that he was given cash or a credit card to purchase supplies from CVS, Target, Amazon, and sex toy shops for the music executive’s “hotel nights” with his then-girlfriend.
Cassie Ventura, who had dated Combs on and off from 2007 to 2018, in her earlier testimony, described sexual encounters with the music mogul and male escorts as “freak-offs.” Perez alleged that Diddy’s staff referred to the infamous freakoffs as “King nights.”
The witness added that he and other members of Combs' staff were tasked with making sure that their boss “was going to have everything he would need for 12 to 24 hours without having to bother anybody.” Some of the items that Perez reportedly purchased for Diddy included food, drinks, liquor, music, and personal items like lubricants.
The former assistant also made a shocking claim that he bought a special packet of Vitali Honey for the Bad Boy Label boss to enhance his libido. Perez also stated that the defendant's staff were usually notified within two hours and a day to prepare for his sex parties.
Perez added that the rooms where the parties were held were left in disarray with oils, sheets, and towels everywhere. He testified that Diddy’s staff would arrange meals, massages, or IV drips for his female partner after they were done.
Jonathan Perez alleged that one of Diddy’s staff screamed after watching a video from a “hotel night” session
Perez, who worked for Combs up until his arrest on September 16, 2024, claimed that one of the defendants’ videographers stumbled on a video of the mogul’s former girlfriend in sexual activity with another man in 2023 and “freaked out” over what he saw.
The videographer, while working in the defendant’s private theater, stumbled on the video on an iPad accessed by employees. Perez claimed that he had reported the incident to Combs and his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram.
Khorram reportedly told Perez that he should have reported the incident to her only. Khorram also told Perez that some outsiders were talking about the video. The prosecution played a recorded phone call of Khorram pressing Perez for details about others who may have watched the video.
Perez also mentioned that Combs asked him to purchase drugs on some occasions.
If found guilty of the charges brought against him, Sean Combs faces up to life in prison. His trial is expected to last for eight to ten weeks.
