From Oprah Winfrey to Gwen Stefani: Hollywood celebrities who celebrated ‘Father’s Day 2025’ on social media

It's no longer news that every June 15- Father’s Day- is a time in which individuals share the cutest photos and pen down the sweetest write-ups to celebrate fathers and father figures all over the world. Celebrities were not left out of the yearly tradition of Father’s Day, as a host of A-listers took to their social handles to share heartfelt tributes to honor their fathers.

Some of these top celebrities include popular talk show host Oprah Winfrey, American football star Russell Wilson, and renowned pop-rock singer Gwen Stefani.

Russell Wilson took to his IG account to share photos of himself and his family including his father, older brother, his wife Ciara, and their four kids. The New York Giants's quarterback shared a total of eight images, coupled with a tribute to his kids, brother and father.

"I'm grateful to walk alongside my kids as they grow into strong, compassionate leaders. It's my greatest honor being your father. I'm thankful for my brother always having my back. And Dad, I'm thankful for you showing me how to do it all. I miss you, but I thank you. Finally, God is the ultimate GOOD Father. Happy #FathersDay!!!" It read.

More heartfelt messages from celebrities to their dads during the Father’s Day celebration

The 71-year-old business mogul Oprah Winfrey, shared throwbacks of herself and her late father on Instagram. The post featured a reshared caption from the Oprah's Daily, in which Winfrey gave a shout-out to all father figures.

"Happy Father's Day to all father figures in your life," She wrote.

She proceeded to reflect on her father's indelible impact on her road to success.

"My father is the root of all my successes. Personal. Physical. Financial. Because he understood intrinsically that fathering is a verb. It requires action. And acting according to the child you are raising," Oprah stated.

Gwen Stefani joined the long list of celebrities to commemorate the annual Father’s Day celebration. The three-time Grammy award-winning songstress shared images of her husband Blake Shelton, and her kids, alongside photos of her parents on Instagram.

The shared post comprised fourteen slides. In the first slide, the singer was spotted with her spouse, Blake and their three children. Other slides capture the Rich Girl singer and her parents together at different locations.

Stefani's post was captioned:

“Happy Father's day Dad and @blakeshelton!!! We love u so much."

Academy Award winner Catherine Zeta-Jones joined the bandwagon, posting pictures of herself with her father in different slides. In one of the pictures from the five-slide Instagram post, Catherine could be seen in a white bridal dress with her father smiling at her on the altar.

Expressing gratitude to her father, the Father’s Day post was captioned as:

"Happy Father's Day, Papa! Always by my side and on my side, no matter what. I love you with all my heart."
