As Diddy's trial continues, new evidence and witnesses are coming forward with their own accounts and claims. On Monday, the prosecutors of the case showed the freak-off party videos to the jurors for the first time. As per witnesses, it was also reportedly called the “hotel nights” or “wild king nights.”
As per the prosecutors' statement, Combs allegedly filmed these long, drug-fueled sex parties and used them to pressure or take advantage of his alleged victims so that they wouldn't go against him.
The jury reportedly watched clips from three different videos that were shown in court as part of the evidence. As per ABC News, one of the videos was longer than 39 minutes, and all of these videos were given to the police by Cassie Ventura, Diddy's ex-girlfriend.
According to TMZ, one juror pulled a face while watching one of the videos, showing clear discomfort, while the others mostly stayed quiet. Additionally, a juror giggled when the first image appeared, while another male juror watched the freak-off video closely with his chin resting on his hand.
Which Freak-Off videos were shown to jurors at the Diddy trial?
One of the three videos that Cassie Ventura gave as evidence was from October 14, 2012. According to prosecutors, this video was taken in New York City when Combs had a wild party with Cassie and Sharay Hayes, a sex worker who goes by the name The Punisher.
Prosecutors were also shown the invoices of the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Manhattan, as evidence, along with Cassie's text in which she said,
"Can we actually do 3am at the Trump hotel, Columbus Circle?"
To Cassie's message, The Punisher replied,
"Great. I’ll text when I’m on my way"
The other two videos shown to the juror were reportedly from October 20, 2012, and December 4, 2014, according to the Irish Examiner. Judges were given headphones so that the public couldn't hear the video sound.
The freak-off videos will stay private and won’t be shared with the media. As per ABC News, the judge has said no to media houses and news groups who asked to show them to the public.
According to Diddy’s lawyers, the freak-off parties were consensual, and no force was involved between him and the women.
Till now, Sean “Diddy” Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges, which include sex trafficking and racketeering. He remains in jail in Brooklyn.
