Young internet personality Zuza Beine has passed away. The fourteen-year-old Instagram influencer was known for sharing updates about her battle with cancer. She passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, after eleven years of battling acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Zuza Beine was three when she was diagnosed with cancer.
Her passing was announced on Tuesday, September 23, via a lengthy statement on her Instagram.
“It is with broken hearts that we share that Zuza died yesterday morning. She lived 11 of her 14 years with a relentless cancer, yet lived more fully and gratefully than most. Her being changed us forever, and her dying will too.”
The tribute mentioned Zuza Beine’s last video, where she spoke about her life as a cancer patient and what she was grateful for.
“It is no coincidence to us that the last video she made captures what she was grateful for—a testament to a life filled with both beauty and suffering. More than anything, she wanted to be a normal, healthy kid. But what made her life so beautiful was how she learned to face the hardest circumstances, like her disease, and still live fully.”
The statement concluded:
“In lieu of flowers, we know Zuza would want any donations to go toward her recently deceased uncle's wife and children. You can donate to Lauren Stieber and her family through GoFundMe:https://www.gofundme.com/f/supporting-the-stieber-family or Venmo: Lauren-Stieber-1.”
The post garnered over a million likes and thousands of comments as netizens reacted to the news of her passing.

Zuza Beine’s last health update
A few days before her passing, Zuza Beine shared a GRWM video where she spoke about her health and what she was experiencing. Zuza spoke about being in pain constantly and how her health wasn't in a good state.
“Hi guys, do my skincare with me while I give you some life updates. I haven't really posted a get-ready-with-me in a while, and there are many, many reasons for that. I'm going to be honest, lately my health has not been the best physically and mentally. I've been in so much pain lately. I’m now constantly on pain medicine because my body hurts so, so, so bad.”
She spent two days in the hospital receiving IV pain medicine. Although she was back home, she was still on the medication.
“I am lucky enough that I was able to receive pain medicine at home. So now I'm able to get medicine whenever I need it.”
For this childhood cancer awareness month, September, Zuza Beine promised to post more content about her battle with cancer.
“I’m hoping to feel better soon. I am going to try to post for you guys, but I do apologize if I’m not consistent. I love you guys so much. Bye,” she finished the video.
