Kylie Jenner has big plans in store for the future of Kylie Cosmetics. The twenty-eight-year-old mom, during a recent interview with Beauty Inc., revealed that she envisions her 7-year-old daughter, Stormi, taking over Kylie Cosmetics in the future. Kylie, in another statement, said:

"I would love for this to be a legacy brand, and I’m working hard every day to set up that future."

The Kylie Cosmetics founder also revealed that:

"Stormi loves to play with makeup"

Stormi has shown an early love for makeup, and this isn’t the first time she’s been involved in Kylie Cosmetics. Kylie previously launched a Stormi collection, which was well-received by fans. Though it's not available on her website as of now.

When was Kylie Jenner's brand, Kylie Cosmetics, founded?

Kylie Jenner founded Kylie Cosmetics in 2015. The brand’s about page also shares the inspiration behind starting it:

"i created kylie cosmetics to give my fans access to the makeup products that i love and use every single day to create my looks. whether i’m getting my makeup done with my glam team for a shoot, or doing my own makeup at home, i love that makeup can make you feel confident and beautiful and i want to share that feeling with you guys."

As of 2025, Kylie Cosmetics sells beauty products for the face, lips, and eyes, along with fragrances. Kylie also has another line called Kylie Skin, where she sells skincare. Her lip kits, in particular, continue to be some of the brand’s most popular products.

The brand, founded by Kylie Jenner with guidance from her momager Kris Jenner, sold out its initial three-shade lip kit launch in under a minute after its launch, adding to its success. Today, the brand reports net sales of around $350 million.

Kylie Jenner talks about giving birth to Stormi Webster

Kylie Jenner welcomed her daughter, Stormi Webster, in 2018, whom she shares with rapper Travis Scott. Talking about the birth and welcoming the daughter, she told British Vogue in 2024:

"I was 19 when I got pregnant, 20 when I had her. Looking back at it, I give myself more empathy and grace. But when I was a teenager, even my family were like: ‘You aren’t that young.’ I think maybe I carried myself [a certain way] or I’d already been working for 10 years. It didn’t hit me [straight away]. But it was a huge life change."

In another statement, she said:

"I’m going to be 27, and I’m finally feeling like myself again, and [looking back] I think, being pregnant, I wore sweatpants every day, I didn’t have time to figure out even some of the little things in my life, and then postpartum lasted a year. Mentally, it’s really hard. Hormonally, it’s really hard. I didn’t know how to dress."

Kylie Jenner also shares a son, Aire, with Scott.
