The popular social media influencer Brian Johnson, who goes by the online name Liver King, has been released from jail following his arrest in Austin. On June 24, King uploaded a video on his social media showing him getting arrested by the police. He was reportedly arrested on the charges of terroristic threat, a Class B misdemeanor.

However, as per his recent Instagram posts, he is released from the arrest and is back at his hotel. In a video uploaded on June 25, after his release, he said:

"Some guy, he thought if you just put him in jail, have the Violent Crimes Division have them come arrest him for a terroristic threat, and the whole time that terroristic threat you thought was a bomb or something, inside that box, it’s actually a present back for you and your Mothership colleagues for having my wife and me in Mothership that I've held onto."

He continued:

"So the terroristic threat that was reduced to an I actually don't want to say any details nor any names. That's how you get ready for a fight. And you thought the videos would stop, but they will never stop."

He further added in the video that 'no laws will be broken' and promised his actions would stay within legal limits.

Liver King claims Joe Rogan’s restraining order keeps him 200 yards away

While Liver King didn't directly mention Joe Rogan's name in a live stream on Instagram, he gave more details about the arrest and restraining orders that Joe Rogan has allegedly put on him.

Speaking of the same, he said:

"I've been given the gift of a restraining order just recently. And so if anybody knows if someone else whose first name rhymes with blow whose last name is Rogan, I'm not allowed to say it (referring to Joe Rogan)."

He continued:

"If anybody knows he's around the capital, there's a restraining order, I'm not allowed to say that either, just let me know if he'll be within 200 yards."

As per his updates, he has been told to undergo a mental health check-up this week, which will continue every month. However, he did invite Joe Rogan to meet him by saying:

"If your first name starts with a J and your last name is Rogan, I actually do invite your family. I take it back; I invite you to meet my family."

Additionally, Liver King also thanked his fans in the video for praying for him and keeping a check on him. Joe Rogan has not publicly responded to the incident or made any statements about it yet.
