Eminem made the premiere of the Stans documentary unforgettable, giving his fans a moment they’ll never forget. The Slim Shady himself appeared for the Stans documentary premiere held on August 6 at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in NYC. The event was completely sold out.
Reflecting on the moment and talking about the film, he told the crowd:
"I think I was just understanding the impact that my music was having on some people. And it's so crazy to me to look at, like, over my career, just the fact that I was able to impact people."
Marshall had to pause a few times as fans shouted “I love you,” and he replied with “I love you” back, appreciating their love and support.
Thanking the audience, he said:
"This film is dedicated to y'all, and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. And all the people that were there, the cast, this is a thank you to them. It's a thank you to y'all. I just wanna say thank you."

The Stans, featuring Eminem, is directed by Steven Leckart and is set to release worldwide on August 7. Speaking about the film, Leckart, in a Billboard interview, said:
"This is a very dense and layered film that fans are going to freeze-frame and see stuff and spot stuff. We found the original reels from the “Stan” music video, shot on actual films."
Eminem’s manager, Paul Rosenberg, also confirmed that the rapper is working on new music. While no release date has been shared, Rosenberg mentioned that Marshall is in the studio from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, fully focused on the project.
