Rapper and songwriter Tory Lanez has reportedly been asked to pay Megan Thee Stallion in a ruling announced by a federal judge on Friday. According to Rolling Stone, Lanez must pay “reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in taking [his] deposition”. The news outlet reported that Lanez had reportedly interrupted a court-ordered deposition on April 9 and insulted one of Megan's attorneys. He allegedly made "disruptive" comments about Megan's attorney, Mari Henderson, and claimed that her "hair" was "distracting" him.
Following his behaviour during the deposition, the federal judge has ordered to cover "all legal fees". According to a news outlet, The Urban Juice, Lanez was also given time to justify why he should not be held in "contempt" before April 30. The judge announced that a "special master" would be appointed for Lanez in a reattempted deposition.
