Zack 'Asmongold' Hoyt has reportedly taken a shot at the creator and host of the Streamer Awards, Blaire, popularly known as QTCinderella. The latter reportedly faced backlash after she opened up about the nominations and why "problematic streamers" were not nominated. X user @Awk20000 shared a clip from QTCinderella's recent livestream addressing the "audience's complaints" about nominations. She can be heard saying,"Somebody said, 'Are problematic people blackballed from getting nominated?' No, they are just not ever nominated. Turns out their audience doesn’t show up. I think when people have a crazy audience, or whatever I don't see Jack Doherty's audience voting for him." She went on to say that the audiences "complain every year" but the streamers do "nothing" about it. Shortly after her stream, Asmongold took to his YouTube channel to share his views about Blaire's nominations and claimed that the voting is not "legitimate." He noted,"She's trying to insinuate that they're viewbotters. So, here's the thing - you're lying. You know you're lying. Everybody knows you're lying."He added,"I think that you've exercised editorial control, and you have picked the nominees not completely from fan-voting, but from your own opinions and to keep the show brand-friendly. I think that the priority for the show is to make sure that the show gets as many viewers as possible and maintains as many sponsors as possible."He went on to say that he is willing to bet "$100,000" for his claims about the nominations.Asmongold retorts to QTCinderella's explanation about Streamer Awards nominationsZack 'Asmongold' Hoyt has claimed that QTCinderella's nominations for the Streamer Awards are not legitimate and took shots at her for "lying." The streamer claimed that he was willing to bet "$100,000" if he was given the "access to backend voting" and he could see that the nomination process had been "organic."He went on to assert reasons that he believes QTCinderella is "lying." He gave an example of a streamer, Hasan Piker, who was not nominated for the awards. Zack added,"You have somebody like Hasan. Hasan has been nominated every single year, for multiple awards, multiple times, and this time, he wasn't even nominated for League of Their Own...And you're telling me that he didn't even get nominated for that?"Asmongold also commented on the part where QTCinderella ended up feeling emotional and crying on the stream. While he acknowledged that it clearly "bothers" her, he noted that he believed the whole thing is "rigged."Streamer Asmongold took shots at QTCinderella after she explained why certain streamers were not included in the nominations. The former revealed he is willing to bet money and doesn't want anything in return, just that he is "right" about the nominations not being "legitimate."In related news, the 2025 Streamer Awards are scheduled for December 3 at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles.
