One Hundred Entertainment has shared a new statement after Ju Haknyeon denied the claims made against him. The company says his recent words are false and unfair. They believe he is trying to avoid blame by repeating wrong information.

They said they did not make their decision quickly. First, they suspended his activities because the issue could hurt the group. Then they looked into the situation more deeply. After that, they decided to end his contract based on a rule in his agreement. Now, the company says it is ready to take legal action if he continues making these claims. They also said they will not release any more statements about this issue.

Why Ju Haknyeon’s contract ended

In their post, One Hundred Entertainment said they regret the false claims made by Ju Haknyeon. They explained that they had to act because his behavior could damage the group and the company. At first, they only suspended his activities. But after checking everything carefully, they said he broke a rule in his contract. That rule says an artist cannot act in a way that harms their image or causes problems for their work.

"We affirm that the termination of Ju Haknyeon's exclusive contract was conducted according to the contractual terms, being a fair and duly founded action."

The company said that Haknyeon’s actions went against this rule. So, they followed the contract and ended it. They said this was not an emotional decision—it was based on facts and the agreement both sides signed. They also said Haknyeon is trying to avoid responsibility. They believe he is doing this by twisting the truth and repeating false statements. The company warned that if this continues, they will take legal steps. They are ready to show proof and share documents in court if needed.

"At the heart of this issue is Ju Haknyeon's attempt to avoid responsibility through distorted and repeated statements. Should he continue with such allegations, we will take all necessary legal measures to protect our company and our artists from harm, including presenting relevant evidence and documents to the competent legal authorities."

One Hundred said that they now consider this matter closed and won’t reply to any more of his statements.

The Boyz to continue without Ju Haknyeon

One Hundred Entertainment also spoke about the future of the group THE BOYZ. They made it clear that the group’s plans will continue, just without Ju Haknyeon. They said they will do their best to protect the rights and image of the other members. They also asked fans not to be confused or misled by what Haknyeon says.

"We would also like to assure you that THE BOYZ's activities will continue as planned, without Ju Haknyeon's presence, and that we will do our utmost to protect the honor and rights of the remaining members."

Fans have had mixed reactions. Some are sad or confused. Others are waiting to see if more information comes out. This situation has left many people wondering what really happened behind the scenes. Haknyeon has not responded again yet. The company, however, says they are done talking about it. They want to focus on moving forward and protecting their artists.
