YouTuber and Twitch streamer Stable Ronaldo, aka Rani Netz, shared an X post on September 2, writing that he was about to do an almost impossible task. He wrote:
“I will be attempting a 1 second subathon, where every sub is 1 second. We would need 86,400 subs a day And we would need 2,592,000 subs to last the whole month. WE GOT THIS.”
Social media users did not seem too hopeful about his endeavor. One X user commented:
“Bro is not lasting three days.”
Another X user commented:
“This gotta be the greediest sht ive seen in my life.”
However, one X user felt Stable Ronaldo could defeat Kai Cenat’s record, as he said:
“Ngl the fact that he can beat Kai’s record in one stream is crazy.”
Others thought that this was a dubious idea, with one netizen commenting:
“People not realizing he’s bullshitting is extremely concerning.”
According to one user, the streamer’s dedication was commendable, as they felt:
“That’s insane dedication from Stable Ronaldo. A “1 Second Subathon” sounds wild but also genius. Reaching 2,592,000 subs for a full month stream feels nearly impossible, yet knowing him, he might just pull it off. September is about to be historic.”
One netizen said it was his way of shocking people, as they wrote:
“He’s always finding crazy new ways to shock us!.”
Meanwhile, another X user chimed in, saying:
“As a young man, it's always necessary to dream big. I like the motive.”
Stable Ronaldo shares his thoughts about streaming and the weirdest fan experience
In September 2024, Stable Ronaldo sat down on the All Grown Up podcast. FaZe Rug, aka Brian, asked him if his chat affected him as it had before. Rani Netz replied that streaming is the most difficult job in the world. He then asked the hosts which one, between a 24-hour stream and a 24-hour heart surgery, would be easier, because he said:
“Open heart surgery, you know what you're getting into. A stream? I got to think of ideas, entertain the chat, nonstop talking.”
Stable Ronaldo explained that sometimes the chat became too much for him. He said that since he retired, people in his stream kept joking about it. Whenever he ordered an Uber or DoorDash, they told him to retire from that, too. Brian then asked him to share his weirdest fan reaction, to which he said:
“I used to have a Tesla. That was my first car and this is like when I was 17 maybe 18 maybe I think I was 18. I was going to see my ex-girlfriend and she lived like an hour and a half away and like Midway. I went to like a charging station and obviously I was still a streamer then I go into a, it's like a mall.”
He then mentioned that a young boy recognized him and got excited. The boy shouted that he loved him and then grabbed onto Stable Ronaldo's leg strangely. Ronaldo told him he could not do that.
