Former US Navy SEAL and businessman Shawn Ryan spoke to Charlie Kirk’s head of security on his show, though the episode is yet to be released. On November 15, Ryan shared a screenshot on his X, which he claims is a conversation between the security head Brian Harpole and the UVU chief of police.As understood from the conversation, Harpole told the chief that students had access to the rooftop at the university, where Charlie Kirk’s event was held. Harpole wrote:“Hello Chief Long - We received this message today from the student group. FYSA "there is student roof access pretty close to where CK will be set up at Utah Valley (The Sorensen Student center has a couple stair cases that go up to the walkways on the roof)"”The chief then inquired if he wanted access to the roof, to which Harpole replied:“I was told students have access above us, if this is true, it would be nice to either have it controlled access or allow one of my guys to be there as well. If possible.”The UVU police chief then assured that he would take care of the same. As seen in the preview of the episode, Harpole said that a lot of what information out there about Charlie Kirk’s death is not true. Speaking about his team members, he said:“Once you have made it through those steps and you are on the team and you still have to put that kind of effort out, the team gets together and then they authorize them to get the tattoo."The one detail that Brian Harpole wants to know about Charlie Kirk’s assassinAs seen in the trailer, Shawn Ryan asked Brian Harpole if he thought anybody in his team could be tied to Charlie Kirk’s assassination. He said that all of them were in each other’s business and barely had time for other activities. When asked if Kirk had expressed any concerns to him, Harpole said:“Dan works for Turning Point as their security guy so Dan feeds down that to us, to our contract to security.”He also said:“So nothing had ever come from Dan from Charlie down to us about that. You got to look at the world we live in and that’s a reality. An organisation, whether it be a hate group of any type could want to hurt anybody.”Brian Harpole said that everyone should have a perspective, which means that one should look at people, the press, and history, as they could be valuable lessons. Speaking about Charlie Kirk’s murder, he said he wanted to know when the assassin got onto the roof from where he shot Kirk. He said:“I want to know when that guy got on the roof.”He also mentioned how the investigation revealed that the alleged assassin got to the roof through the staircase. However, according to Harpole, the view of the staircase was blocked from where his team took positions.
