Former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and the company’s former HR head, Kristin Cabot, made headlines for several weeks in July after accidentally appearing on the Kiss Cam during a Coldplay concert earlier this year. Reports have now been surfacing about Kristin Cabot's divorce.

On September 6, the Daily Mail, in its exclusive, reported that the former Astronomer's former chief people officer filed for divorce from her husband, Andrew Cabot, on August 13 in a New Hampshire court. On July 24, the Daily Mail reported that Kristin Cabot was reportedly spotted without her wedding ring.

Now, the media house obtained court documents and claimed that Cabot has filed for divorce from her husband. The Daily Mail also talked to Andrew Cabot's ex-wife, Julia, and talked about the divorce filing.

What did Julia say about Andrew Cabot and Kristin Cabot in her interview?

In her conversation with Daily Mail, Julia claimed that she was not surprised with the divorce news, as Andrew Cabot shared about the split earlier. She stated that she texted her ex-husband after Kirstin Cabot's Kiss Cam video went viral.

“I texted Andrew right after it happened, and he said, ‘Her life is nothing to do with me,’ and said they were separating,” Julia told the outlet.

Julia was married to Andrew Cabot for four years before they split in 2018. While talking about this incident, she said that even her ex-husband wasn't too bothered by Kristin Cabot's alleged cheating.

“He’s saying it has nothing to do with him, even though they were married and shared a house. But then, the only thing he cares about is money,” Julia said.

She also said that Kristin "doesn’t seem like wife material" to her. Julia, who defined Andrew as "not a nice person," recalled that after the incident went viral on the internet, people were texting her, calling it "Karma."

“That’s why after it happened, I got loads of texts from people with that word: karma. It was like: what you give, you get,” she said.

Elsewhere in her conversation, she added that Andrew Cabot might not be "affected" by the incident.

“Personally, I don’t think he’s affected by what happened at all. I don’t think his feelings are hurt. He’s probably embarrassed, if anything," Julia said.

Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot, who were separately married, were seen embracinng each other on the Jumbotron at the July 16 Coldplay concert. The video went hyper viral on the internet, leading to the resignation of the two from the company.
