Dallas rapper FBG Murda is in serious condition after being shot in his hometown of Irving, Texas. The incident occurred on August 26 while he was in his car. Video from the scene showed the rapper asking for help:
"I can’t walk, help me, I’m shot."
In the videos surfacing on the internet, the paramedics are seen giving him medical support while he is lying on the roadside. He remains under medical care at the hospital in serious condition.
Police are still examining the case to learn more about the shooter who opened fire on the rapper multiple times. So far, no suspects have been identified, and no possible motive has been confirmed.
FBG Murda had also uploaded Instagram stories prior to the shooting, including one referencing “Free Cartel” and another where he spoke about past fallouts with rivals. However, it remains unclear whether these posts have any connection to the attack.

"ONLY THING I REGRET IN THIS LIFE IS THE NIG*AS WE FELL OUT WITH BEFORE WE GOT TO TAKE EM DOWN 😢"
Murda was quite popular on Spotify as well, with almost 400k monthly listeners. Some of his famous songs include D to Da Murda, 3 AM in the Yams, Evil Twins, and Who U Wit. He released his latest single, titled Headspinners, in 2025. Additionally, he has also appeared on a song called Last Meal by ThukaDee featuring Murda and We Getit Hot by West Dino featuring Murda and Duncho.
