Online streamer Steven Kenneth Bonnell II, aka Destiny, made a claim about HasanAbi following the latter’s comment about Nick Fuentes. During a recent streaming session, Hasan accused Steven of helping Nick kickstart his career.
Resharing a clip from the streaming session on X, Steven wrote:
“If Hasan is going to reach this hard to say that I kickstarted Fuentes' career, then I am responsible for his career 10x over. Also, Hasan f*cked a 15 year old when he was visiting that brothel in Berlin, that's why he doesn't like to talk about it as much now.”
An X user @Zack15410519053 commented on the post:
“That’s quite the allegation.”
Destiny replied to them:
“It's common knowledge behind the scenes. If Hasan wants to contest it, he can sue me, but he won't because truth is an absolute defense against defamation. :)”
Meanwhile, during the streaming session, HasanAbi said that for many years, I tried not to mention Nick Fuentes mainly because he had a “limited platform.” He then recalled a moment saying that on various occasions, Ethan Klein wanted to make fun of Fuentes for his dating choices. It was during the time Hasan and Klein hosted The Leftovers podcast.
However, HasanAbi said he was against the idea. He remembered saying:
“Are you out of your f*cking mind? No, we are not covering him. It doesn’t matter even if it was just to ridicule him, we are not covering him at all. We are not giving him any f*cking breathing room. We are not giving any platform whatsoever. And I actually vetoed that sh*t.”
What more did HasanAbi say about Nick Fuentes?
HasanAbi said some of his other ideological opponents, who called themselves liberals, opened a platform for Nick Fuentes. Not only that, Hasan claimed that they provided Nick with additional media connections while simultaneously promoting him.
When one of his viewers asked who Hasan was referring to, he said “S*x Pastony.” He went on to say:
“Oh, we were debating. There is no reason to debate people like that have very limited platforms at the time and then he was resilient enough to work his way through the ranks and claw back after tremendous amounts of deplatforming, clawed his way back into relevance, found himself in Kanye West’s orbit at a time when Kanye West was also going through a manic episode and screaming ‘Hail H*tler.’”
During one of his live streams, HasanAbi explained that he didn’t talk much about Nick Fuentes because, for a long time, Fuentes wasn’t relevant. He said Fuentes got attention again only after being supported by people like Destiny and later by spending time with Kanye West and even meeting the current president.
Hasan added:
“But, ultimately, the other reason why I don't give him any platform whatsoever on this broadcast is because like he is a very dangerous order, but a decent room reader as well, which is kind of insane to say about a dude who has in the past like obviously denied the Holocaust.”
HasanAbi said that in the last couple of months, Nick Fuentes became a bold anti-Israel. He mentioned that Fuentes had criticised Donald Trump for not being “aggressive enough” with the mass deportation policies.
