Heidi Klum is getting candid about her much-buzzed-about "worm and parasite cleanse," and admits she's not entirely sure it did anything at all.

In her recent conversation with People, the supermodel shares that even after two rounds of the herbal regimen with husband Tom Kaulitz, she's still struggling when fans ask for results.

"So many people asked me, too, like, 'What happened?' I’m like, 'I don’t even know if anything happened!' It just felt good … just if there are any [worms or parasites], then I hope that they were leaving the body, because I hear so many people talk about this all the time."

Heidi Klum, 52, shared with the Wall Street Journal last August about the routine, explaining that it was their way to reset their health.

"I'm doing a worm cleanse and parasite cleanse with my husband. I heard that you're supposed to do this once a year, and I've never done it. So I feel like I'm really behind. I don't know what the heck is going to come out."

Heidi Klum grateful to share the 'yucky' regimen with husband: "It's easier to do this with a partner"

Currently, there is no medical evidence to back the theory that herbal supplements remove parasitic infections. Specialists also emphasize that not every digestive issue is caused by parasites.

Heidi Klum herself admitted to the Wall Street Journal that she didn't personally have proof of the herbal practice, but she was still willing to try.

"If you are someone who eats raw things every now and then, like, for example, sushi. There are pills [to get rid of them]. They have all of these herbs. There's a lot of clove in there. The parasite hates clove. They also hate the seeds from a papaya. We have all this metal inside of us, and it's also very important that you use this de-metaling stuff."

While she was uncertain of the regimen's efficacy, Heidi Klum noted she was grateful she was doing it with her husband.

"It's easier to do this with a partner in the morning because you have to drink this weird stuff. It's all herbal, but nonetheless it's yucky and you have to do this routine of doing it every day in order to kill it in all of the eggs, apparently. You have to do two rounds instead of two weeks. We did two rounds in order to hopefully kill eggs and things. But yeah, we felt great afterwards."

Meanwhile, Heidi Klum's reveal about her "worm cleanse" results comes a month after she went viral for dressing up as the mythological character, Medusa, at her yearly Halloween party, while her husband transformed into a Greek soldier turned to stone.
