A woman has filed a civil lawsuit against Sean “P. Diddy” Combs and his son, Justin Combs, accusing them of abducting and sexually assaulting her after allegedly luring her to Los Angeles in 2017 with promises of career advancement.

According to the complaint, the woman claims she was flown out to Beverly Hills by Justin, who previously faced accusations of property damage, and brought to a residence where she ingested drugs, including pills and "poppers," some of which she believes were laced.

From there, she alleges three masked men entered, including a figure she identified as Diddy, who allegedly coerced her with threats before they subjected her to what the suit describes as "brutal g*ng-r*pe."

Justin's father, Diddy, is currently in federal court facing separate sex trafficking charges, and his legal team emphatically denies all accusations. A spokesperson told Mirror US:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone… Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Meanwhile, attorney Anthony Buzbee, representing the plaintiff, pressed ahead:

"The specific facts are laid out in the public filings. We look forward to pursuing these cases and stand proud to represent the alleged victims in these matters."

Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the lawsuit also names several Combs-branded businesses as defendants, claiming they were used to carry out the alleged abuses. As the case proceeds in civil court, it unfolds alongside Diddy’s pending criminal trial in New York on federal charges.

Diddy’s son Justin Combs faces lawsuit over luxury car payments amid father's legal troubles

The explosive "brutal" allegations come months after Justin Combs faced his own legal issues over an unpaid luxury car bill.

In December 2024, Justin was sued by Porsche Leasing for allegedly defaulting on payments for a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8. The company claims he stopped paying at the end of 2023, despite agreeing to a 42-installment plan of $3,365.23 per month.

According to the lawsuit, the outstanding balance climbed to more than $190,000, and Porsche sought the return of the vehicle, along with a default judgment.

Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, explained that the missed payments were unintentional. He told In Touch:

“Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill, which resulted in unintentionally missed payments. We are in touch with the creditor, and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dropped.”

Despite that assurance, Porsche Leasing filed another motion in court to move forward with the case and retrieve the car.

This lawsuit adds to the mounting legal scrutiny of the Combs family. Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Manhattan, awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.
