Elon Musk has said that he would file for child custody for the boy he shares with Ashley St. Clair. For the unversed, the author and conservative influencer Clair announced last year that she had welcomed a child with Musk in September 2024. According to TMZ, she also filed for the sole custody of the son.On Sunday, an X user called out Ashley St. Clair for her changed perspective about the transgender community after she expressed regret over her past comments on the community. The user wrote, "Elon needs full custody," and slammed the influencer for supporting "trans grooming." On Monday, Musk agreed to the user's suggestion."I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy," Elon Musk responded.However, in her post, Ashley St. Clair did not directly mention anything about transitioning her child. The influencer in her Sunday post apologized for her previous remarks against the trans community. She conveyed her remorse for apparently hurting Elon Musk’s daughter Vivian, who is transgender."I feel immense guilt for my role. And even more guilt that things I have said in the past may have caused my son’s sister more pain.
