Political commentator Candace Owens recently made some sensational claims regarding Charlie Kirk's assassination. In her last week's X post, Owens alleged that the French President and his wife plotted her "assassination." For months, the media personality has been making an unsubstantiated claim that the First Lady of France was born a man.

Earlier this year, she released a special series titled Becoming Brigitte based on such assertions. In her November 20 YouTube video, she suspected that Kirk's assassination was somehow linked to her coverage on the French First Lady. In a November 21 tweet, the former Daily Wire host alleged that the Macrons paid for killing her. She also claimed that Charlie Kirk’s assassin trained with a French military special unit.

Later on Sunday, she outrightly said that "French foreign legionnaires" were "involved" in the TPUSA founder's killing. In a subsequent post, Candace Owens claimed that she passed on the information related to the killer to the White House. The conservative podcaster has now pressed the media to ask questions from the White House and L’Élysée Palace about her claims.

"Has the press done its part and asked the White House and L’Elysees Palace whether there were any French Legionnaires on the ground at UVU on 9/10?Seems like a pretty straightforward thing to confirm or deny," Owens stated in her X post on Wednesday.

Candace Owens added more to this X thread and raised eyebrows at a possible response from two Presidents' offices.

"If they have the audacity to lie on record it will be good for humanity. We need to see how deep this thing goes," she commented.

Candace Owens claims that the White House "confirmed" the receipt of her claims

On Sunday, Owens asserted that she had shared details regarding her claims to the White House and the federal government. In her post, she noted that the money for the alleged assassination plot was moved through international accounts in France and Canada.

On Tuesday, Candace Owens shared that the White House had allegedly received her claims.

"As an update, both the White House and our counterterrorism agencies have confirmed receipt of what I reported publicly: Emmanuel Macron attempted to organize my assassination, per a source close to the first couple. Also, I will again state that the French legionnaires were involved in Charlie Kirk’s assassination but they did not act alone," Owens posted.

It continued,

"For all of you who doubted my claims, you can now look to the President of the United States and our intelligence communities to issue a statement to confirm whether I am telling the truth."

Earlier on Sunday, Telegram CEO Pavel Durov shared a post on X in which he found Owen's claims "plausible." However, neither the White House nor the French President's office unfurled a reply to Candace Owens' unconfirmed claims.
