Jenelle Evans has responded to her son Jace Vahn Evans’ text messages and claims after he called her unstable on social media. Taking to her Instagram stories, the thirty-three-year-old wrote:
"My children are my whole world. And everything I do is to try and protect, guide and love them. Like any parent, I set rules and boundaries, and sometimes that isn’t easy. Jace posting our private texts was his reaction to being rightfully disciplined and while it hurts to see those moments shared publicly, I know it comes from a place of struggle."
Continuing the statement, she added:
"Navigating Jace’s different medical diagnoses has not been easy but I have never stopped fighting to make sure he has the resources, love and support he needs."
Evans added that she will continue to support him, no matter the challenges, while also being there for all three of her children. Jace, the eldest at 16, is from her relationship with Andrew Lewis. She also shares Kaiser Orion Griffith with ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith and daughter Ensley Jolie Eason with David Eason.
In another update, she revealed that Jace has recently faced legal trouble and has been struggling to comply with the rules. Ending the statement, she wrote:
"I’ve been trying everything to help him navigate it but we are butting heads in the process. Please give us grace at this time, this is hard on all of us. 😢💔🙏"
Jace Evans posts private messages with his mother, Jenelle Evans
On August 19, Jace uploaded a series of screenshots taken from iMessage on his Instagram. In one of the texts, Jace told his mother that he cared about his health and living situation, accusing her of being “crazy” for calling him out.
To which Jenelle replied:
"You’re the one saying you’re going to have my custody taken. FU*K YOU"
In another message, Jenelle Evans accused Jace of lying about claims involving David, telling him he was making things worse for himself. Jace pushed back, insisting that he never lied and that the incident did happen.
Jenelle Evans in her reply, according to the screenshot, said:
"I was standing right there and have the ring camera videos"
To his mother's reply, Jace responded:
"Ok nice yea u were standing there yelling in my face cussing me out just watching things happen"
Jace also uploaded a third screenshot with the caption:
"i need to go back to nc she is just rlly unstable"
As of now, Jace has not responded to Jenelle Evans’ Instagram story addressing his allegations. He has remained silent following her claims about his struggles and recent behavior.
