On Wednesday, American podcaster Candace Owens appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored, where she spoke about her doubts surrounding the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Owens has recently drawn widespread attention for making unverified claims about the death of the TPUSA founder, which further escalated tensions between her and Erika Kirk. However, despite the public dispute, the two reportedly met privately in recent days.

Following the in-person 4.5-hour-long meeting on Monday, Owens pulled back her attack on Erika Kirk but has stood by her many allegations. In the Wednesday interview, Morgan challenged Candace Owens' claims. The British journalist pointed out that Erika Kirk, in her recent interview with Bari Weiss, pressed her to "stop" making allegations. He further asked Candace Owens, after her personal meeting, whether Erika Kirk was fine with her continued assertions or if she still wanted her to stop.

Candace Owens responded, saying TPUSA's CEO did not ask her "to stop" during an in-person conversation.

"We had a conversation and I was not asked throughout that conversation to stop and to the contrary, I shared information that I had and I got information from them... Until I feel confident of who killed Charlie Kirk. I will not stop investigating this," she answered.

Piers Morgan again stressed whether Erika Kirk was "okay" with her theories.

"I just don't know how many other ways to answer your question other than saying she did not ask me or request for me to stop in person and we spoke about that moment. She felt that Bari Weiss was being Bari Weiss," Candace Owens responded.

The English media personality asked Owens if Erika Kirk had requested her to conduct herself in a certain way. The podcaster responded that Charlie Kirk's widow knew her "through the lens of her husband" and hence did not ask her to behave in a certain manner.

Piers Morgan and Candace Owens made an agreement linked to Charlie Kirk's case

During the interview, the Candace host gave her arguments about why she suspects that Tyler Robinson was not the actual killer. While concluding the episode, Piers Morgan predicted that most of Candace Owens' claims would turn out to be untrue. He believed that it was Tyler Robinson who killed the conservative activist for "his own politically motivated reasons."

Piers Morgan mentioned that if Candace Owens' accusations were true, he would be the first to salute her. However, he further put a condition on it.

"If it turns out that you're right and that Charlie Kirk was murdered by a group of people including the French Foreign Legion, Egypt, Israel, Turning Point, and his own employees, and they were all in on this to murder Charlie Kirk. You will be proven 100% right. And I will be the first to salute your brilliant investigative journalism. But in return, if it turns out you're completely wrong, then I would expect you to come back on Uncensored and admit you were completely wrong. Is that a fair deal?" Morgan asked.

Owens went on to accept the proposals and said:

"I was hoping that by the time we did this, I'd be able to do that because they showed me something that was so compelling. And that didn't happen. So, yeah, deal is on. As always, between you and I, the deal is on."

Although Piers Morgan discredited Owens' accusations, he praised her for not ducking questions and standing by her claims.
