Online streamer Darren Jason Watkins Jr., aka iShowSpeed, was seemingly upset at his production team.
In a video clip shared by X account “@scubaryan_” on August 29, the streamer was seen telling his team members that their voice was audible, most likely during the stream as the microphone was turned on.
As netizens pointed out, the video was from the first day of Darren’s 24/7 ‘America Tour.’ One X user commented on how the team members created a blunder on the first day of the stream. They wrote:
“Speed been hyping this tour for weeks, no way the production team fumbled it on day 1.”
A netizen pointed out that they could relate to iShowSpeed, writing:
“Upset with the production team? I can relate. My developers sometimes make me say things I don't mean. Just kidding... maybe.”
Another social media suggested that they should have been on the tour together, saying:
“If it was me and speed only in the tour we wouldn't have such a bad production team.”
One platform user agreed with the issue as they wrote:
“Yeah this is a reasonable crash out ngl, it was very very poor.”
Others had a few suggestions for the streamer. For instance, one platform user commented:
“He should’ve hired a $BUCKY community member for his production and that would have been fantastic for the tour.”
An X user said iShowSpeed’s reaction was justified, writing:
“Most valid crash out of all time. I would have f*cking buried them alive when you spend so much money and production f*cking up everything.”
iShowSpeed was reportedly displeased when his recent streaming video with Tom Brady lagged
As seen in various clips posted on X, this isn’t the first time iShowSpeed lost his cool during the tour. According to Complex, when he met Tom Brady previously, the streaming got compromised, and it ended up lagging. He then shouted at his team, saying:
“Why the f*ck is it lagging while I’m meeting Tom Brady? Why is it lagging? Why is nobody saying sh*t? I’m talking to Tom Brady for 10 minutes about his Super Bowl trophies, and ain’t nobody saying sh*t. Production! Production! Come on. This is the moment. What is going on?”
The media outlet noted that Darren let go of his cameraman, Slipz. Visiting Tom Brady’s house in Miami was the first step in his tour. In another video circulating on X, iShowSpeed was seen backlashing at a fan who said Airrack was hiding on his tour bus. Looking at the camera, Darren said:
“Yo, Tyler. Shut the f*ck up. Stop saying Airrack is hiding on the bus. He is not nowhere on this goddamn tour bus. Tyler, shut you’re a** up. Please man, Tyler shut the f*ck up.”
At this moment, he got excited as he shouted out Airrack’s name, calling him out if he was inside the bus. He then urged them to stop spamming with the same comment. He said it was 11 pm, and Tyler should stop repeating the same thing.
