Meghan Markle was the cover star for the Winter issue of Harper’s Bazaar. As seen in the photos for the cover, one of Markle’s poses seems to be similar to Princess Diana’s, at least that’s what the X user ‘@OliLondonTV’ claimed. Reacting to the similarity of Markle and Diana’s poses, one social media user reacted:

“One pulled it off. One didn't.”

Commenting on her body language, a netizen commented:

“Diana looks beautiful and happy.. Meghan looks forced and miserable. You can take a black and white pic in the same pose.. But you’re body language tells the story.”

Another called out the critics, saying Meghan Markle was free to do whatever she wanted. They wrote:

“It's her mother-in-law. Let her do whatever she wants. At least she looks up to her late mother-in-law, unlike many who have terrible mother-in-laws and hate them.”

In similar lines, another X user reacted:

“Can everyone just stop with the Megan hate? It’s petty and stupid. Oh and it’s BORING !”

One X user said Meghan Markle and Princess Diana looked different and called the post clickbait. They mentioned:

“Not true. Click bait: they look different. Anyone can wear black and white shirt and pants and take a black and white picture and look like that. This is a lie.”

According to one online commentator:

“I love how hard they’re trying to make her a thing and it’s just not taking, no matter how hard they’re trying try.”

Megyn Kelly comments on Meghan Markle’s magazine shoot

Besides netizens, journalist and attorney Megyn Kelly also commented on Meghan Markle’s Harper’s Bazaar shoot. In her opinion, Meghan didn’t look good and seemed unhappy in the photo. She mentioned that the Duchess wasn’t wearing makeup and thought she needed some.

Kelly also said Meghan wasn’t a professional model, but was only trying to appear as one, changing her clothes multiple times to look like a famous model, even though she isn’t one.

Meanwhile, during the conversation with the magazine, Meghan reflected on several aspects of her life, personal and philosophical. When asked what she thought about mistakes, the Duchess said that they teach one not to repeat them. She said:

“If it all goes swimmingly, you don’t learn from it. If you don’t learn anything, you’re not going to grow. I’m a mom with kids at that age where they are constantly learning something new. I watch them face things that feel completely insurmountable every day.”

Meghan Markle went on to say:

“But you can remember and say, ‘I know it seems really hard right now, but trust me, that’s going to come so easily soon.’ I can give myself the same grace as a founder. There’s no such thing as perfect. I, too, get to make mistakes.”

Speaking about her children, she said she hopes they embrace bravery. Meghan Markle noted that people tend to be braver when young, but often lose this quality as they grow older.
