Smokey Robinson is facing new claims of s*xual battery as another alleged victim steps forward. The new accuser is a man who says the singer tried to force his hand onto his erect pe*is. The claims come as five Jane Does and one John Doe seek to join an existing lawsuit filed earlier this year.

Robinson’s attorney, Christopher Frost, says the claims are not true and are part of a planned effort to damage the singer’s name. Frost says the people making these claims are working together to create negative publicity. He says they are trying to pressure Robinson, who is 85 years old, into paying money.

Frost says the Robinsons have already taken legal action against the group. He also says the group has avoided giving important information to the court.

Frost claims, “This has been an organized, avaricious campaign to extract money from an 85-year-old legend.”

He adds that the public will see the group’s intentions once all evidence is made available.

According to a report published on TMZ on November 18, 2025, the new John Doe says he began working for Smokey Robinson and his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson, around 2013. He claims he handled cleaning and detailing the couple’s cars early in the morning. He says that there were times Robinson came outside wearing only underwear and touched his own erect pe*is in clear view.

The accuser says Smokey Robinson made s*xual remarks and gestures toward him.

He says he rejected these advances by saying, “Put some clothes on.”

According to the lawsuit, the behavior became more serious around 2022, when Robinson allegedly grabbed the man’s hand without consent and tried to force it onto his pe*is.

The man claims he was fired soon after the incident. He says he returned to work a year later at the request of Smokey Robinson’s wife, but the same behavior started again. He says the repeated conduct led to emotional stress and fear for his safety. He says he stopped working for the couple after hearing about similar experiences from other workers.

New claims from a female accuser

According to a report published on TMZ on November 18, 2025, in addition to John Doe, a new Jane Doe also wants to join the lawsuit. She says she worked as a housekeeper for the Robinsons. She claims that more than 10 times, Smokey Robinson grabbed her hand and attempted to force her to touch his erect p*nis.

These accusations come after four women filed a lawsuit in May. They named s*xual battery, false imprisonment, assault, and gender violence as their claims. Frost denied the allegations at the time. He said the lawsuit was nothing more than a plan to get money from Robinson.

Frost stated then, “These plaintiffs are part of the same group of people who have conspired together against the Robinsons.”

The attorney continues to argue that the claims lack evidence. Frost says the group and their lawyers have refused to share important records with the court and with the District Attorney.

He says, “Once the public can see the truth, their avaricious motives and fabricated claims will be revealed.”

Smokey Robinson is yet to react to the latest allegation.
