Darren Jason Watkins Jr., popularly known as the streamer IShowSpeed, is in a bit of a legal fix. According to a lawsuit filed by the developer of Rizzbot, from Social Robotics, LLC, it claims that the famous YouTuber was being "intentionally physical with Rizzbot." Not only is Speed getting sued, but Mixed Management, as well as Ames Ward.The lawsuit was filed on Monday in Travis County. However, the incident happened two months ago in September. While Speed was in Austin, he arranged for a meet-up with the Rizzbot so it could appear on his livestream. However, things did not go well, and the lawsuit claimed that Darren got "angry and agitated," and "intentionally assaulted until broken."So far, IShowSpeed and Mixed Management have yet to respond to the lawsuit claims.How did IShowSpeed react when he saw Rizzbot?In a YouTube video shared by SpeedUniverse, Darren was seen opening the door to the Rizzbot. The first thing he said was:"The f**k? So this is Rizzbot?"Further in the video, Watkins can be seen trying to talk to the robot while it ignores him for a while, and makes laughing sounds. At one point, the robot lifted its hand up, and Speed went in to give it a high-five, only for the Rizzbot to show him the middle finger.Speed can be seen getting agitated with the robot for showing him the finger. He can be heard saying repeatedly:"Stop playing with me. Stop f**king playing with me. Stop f**king laughing bro. I'm not playing with you bro."1:39 minutes into the 9-minute-long video, IShowSpeed was seen punching the Rizzbot's face, causing his cowboy hat to fall off.More claims from the lawsuit against IShowSpeedAccording to the lawsuit filed by the developer of Rizzbot, they specified the kind of assault. They claimed that Darren punched the robot twice in the face and held it in a chokehold. This allegedly went on for a while as the suit claimed that he "kept up the roughhousing."Speed's actions have caused several damages to the Rizzbot, which in turn lost Social Robotics money and virality. Because of these damages, the Rizzbot is unable to do other collaborations with big-time streamer, MrBeast. They also had to cancel their appearance on 'The NFL Today Show' on CBS.The developers highlighted one of their biggest losses from the damage to the robot. They explained in the lawsuit:"This is no doubt a monumental setback for the RizzBot in terms of viral momentum and financial gain from the exposure. Being in a MrBeast production is akin to being in a Super Bowl commercial."IShowSpeed is now facing a lawsuit after the Rizzbot's developers accused him of damaging their robot during a livestream meet-up. They claim his actions caused major financial losses and ruined big opportunities for the Rizzbot.
