The Gwinnett County police in Georgia are investigating the death of rapper T-Hood, whose real name was Tevin Hood. He died after being shot at his home on August 8, 2025. The case is being looked at as a possible act of self-defense.

The shooting took place after what police described as a domestic disturbance involving several people. A woman was injured during the argument. The person who fired the shot stayed at the scene and is working with the police.
