According to The Washington Post, the defence will be presenting its closing arguments at 9 a.m. on June 27. Following the closing arguments, Judge Subramaniam will announce how the case will be closed.

Key highlights of the closing arguments made by prosecutors against Diddy

Assistant US Attorney Christy Slavik spearheaded the closing arguments against Diddy and emphasised the misuse of "power, violence, and fear" to allegedly commit "crimes." According to The Washington Post, Slavik presented her closing statements for approximately 5 hours and emphasised through the presentation, Combs' inability to take "no for an answer."
Slavik described Combs as a "leader of a criminal enterprise", but also noted that over time, he became a "powerful man." Starting with racketeering conspiracy, Slavik emphasized the use of "drugs" during "freak-offs" and "s*x parties." She indicated,
“Giving drugs to someone else is distribution."
For s*x trafficking charges, Slavik urged that the jury doesn't have to consider every incident for it to qualify as an "instance of s*x trafficking." She reportedly presented three instances when Cassie Ventura was forced to engage in the "freak offs." She claimed,
“He was demanding that Cassie have s*x with a paid escort. That’s s*x trafficking.”
Slavik alleged that the "freak offs" were often concealed within the context of a romantic relationship, or initially what she described as "love bombing." She acknowledged that Jane and Cassie Ventura may have initially agreed to the acts, but they reportedly didn't consent to further assaults. She added,
"Cassie and Jane did not want to have sex with escorts while the defendant watched."
Additionally, the court also oversaw Slavik's arguments against Diddy's "two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution."
Assistant US Attorney Christy Slavik reportedly delivered a five-hour presentation in her closing arguments. If convicted, Diddy could reportedly face lifetime imprisonment. However, it is only after the final verdict, the singer's fate will be decided.
