The Albemarle County Police have confirmed that Josh Fitzpatrick is being charged with two accounts. One is for felony s*xual extortion, and the other is for unlawful creation of an image of another person.

"Albemarle police say the victim in this case says after consensual s*x they were threatened with the release of a secret video that was taken during the encounter. Fitzpatrick is also charged with the unlawful creation of image of another."

"We feel that there may be some other victims out there. We do know that this person was recorded unknowingly, and so if you had an encounter with Josh, you may be a victim as well so please contact us."
