Guitarist Daiki Koide has been dismissed from both Japanese metalcore bands Crossfaith and Knosis following allegations of inappropriate conduct with an underage fan.

The move came swiftly after public accusations were made by Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke, who brought the issue to light while the bands were touring together in Europe. As a result, Crossfaith has canceled multiple shows. Notably, Daiki Koide's social media accounts have disappeared as well.

Daiki Koide was a noted figure in Japan's modern metalcore scene. These recent accusations and exit from bands have taken some fans and enthusiasts by surprise, reports suggest.

On June 25, 2025, Ronnie Radke of Falling In Reverse publicly accused Daiki Koide of engaging in inappropriate online communication with a 14-year-old fan. Radke shared screenshots of the alleged messages and claimed that Koide attempted to meet the minor while the bands were touring in Europe. He initially raised the issue with Crossfaith privately.

According to Radke, the band initially declined to remove Koide. Then, he alerted festival organizers where Crossfaith was scheduled to perform, including Belgium's Graspop Metal Meeting. Radke also took the matter public via social media, stating:

"I was gonna be silent about it and let the band fire the guy. They refused to fire him, so that means the kids are not protected. You need to protect these f*cking teenagers."
