Political commentator Steven Bonnell II, aka Destiny, has reportedly been banned from Twitch for an 'indefinite period' following his comments about Charlie Kirk. The streamer faced a similar ban in 2022 when his account faced a "permanent ban." At the time, it was unclear what led to it, but Bonnell opened up about the potential reasons in 2024 and noted that it could have been due to his comments about the trans community, per Dexerto.

He attached a clip (@theomniliberal) of himself addressing the reason he no longer wants to debate/ with the trans community. He noted,

“That community is never worth engaging with. There’s just no point in doing it. The risk of me ending up getting permabanned and my life destroyed because of these inbred f**king disgusting losers, it’s just not worth it.”

He has reportedly received a similar notice from the streaming channel following his appearance on the Piers Morgan Uncensored podcast on September 16. When Piers brought up Destiny's recent posts about Charlie Kirk's assassination and asked if his response to the "cold-blooded m*rder has been appropriate, Destiny responded,

"Yes, I think that the only way this country moves forward into a better world is when Conservatives can finally realize that they need to turn the temperature down on their side."

Steven Bonnell's comments about Charlie Kirk's assassination have reportedly drawn widespread criticism towards him, especially after his appearance on the Piers Morgan Uncensored podcast. After claiming that his response to Charlie's untimely passing has been "appropriate", he went on to talk about the Trump government and noted,

"We are 10 years into whatever this Trump madness is, and there is not a single mainstream Conservative that will call for a lowering of the temperature on their side. I think that liberals need to wake up and finally realize that if they're not willing to do it, it will never come down."

He added,

"If you wanted Charlie Kirk to be alive, Donald Trump shouldn't have been president for the second term. Every time he's in office, this happens. People joked about when Biden came in, it was so boring, nothing was going on."

Destiny reportedly also got into a heated debate with other guests invited on the show, who condemned him for his comments. Additionally, Elon Musk reportedly took to his X channel (@elonmusk) to respond to Destiny's comments about Charlie Kirk. Musk wrote,

"Let him say what he wants, but then also pay the price under the law."

Steven Bonnell took to his X account and tagged Elon Musk, while claiming that Twitch streaming was his only "source of income."

Steven Bonnell has reportedly found himself in another controversy, with Twitch placing "indefinite restrictions" on his account.
