Amidst the ongoing trial, Gloria Estefan has spoken out against the accuser who mentioned her name in the lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Estefan debunked the allegations made by Diddy’s accuser, who claims he encountered Gloria Estefan during a “freaky party” where he was sexually abused and humiliated.

Gloria Estefan reportedly spoke to TMZ on Thursday, May 8, 2025, addressing the allegations. She denied them outright and seemingly reprimanded the plaintiff.

“Nothing happened at my house, ever, ever. So, I just hope [Combs] gets in front of this. He’s not well in the head. If you look at his history, he’s just throwing everybody in," she said.

In addition to debunking the allegations, the eight-time Grammy winner also had some positive remarks about Diddy, who is currently on trial for sexual assault and rape.

“Diddy was a neighbor. He was always very kind to us, and his mom, spectacular. But we never were in his house or him in ours," she added.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently on trial on charges of sexual assault, sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested in September 2024 on the aforementioned charges.

As per a report by TMZ, a man identified as Joseph Manzaro filed a lawsuit against Combs, accusing him of “sexually assaulting, raping, and humiliating” him during a freak-off birthday party in 2015 that Diddy allegedly threw for his son at a Star Island mansion.

According to court documents, Manzaro was drugged and transported against his will to Diddy’s party. He claimed he was “sexually maimed” by Diddy and his associates and that he was paraded around the party partially naked. He alleged that he came across Gloria Estefan, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and LeBron James. Manzaro claimed that Gloria Estefan called for an ambulance after seeing his deteriorated state but was led away by her husband.

The lawsuit states that Manzaro encountered Beyoncé after Diddy allegedly forced him to wear a p*nis mask.

“What's this? What's this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a c**k mask standing here in front of me?" the Cowboy Carter hitmaker allegedly remarked upon seeing Manzaro's appearance.

Eric Mejias, also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, allegedly responded to Beyoncé by saying Sean Combs wanted Manzaro to see what they “do to snitches” and that this was “part of his [Manzaro’s] punishment.”

Following Manzaro’s allegations, Jay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, also joined Gloria Estefan in debunking the claims, calling them baseless and stating that Jay-Z wasn’t even in Florida at the time and, therefore, wasn’t present at the party.

“Mr. Carter wasn't in Florida at that time to witness this incident—he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event," Alex Spiro said.
