Fans were surprised in the best way possible with Markiplier's latest Instagram post. Almost two months ago, the YouTuber, whose real name is Mark Edward Fischbach, last post on Instagram was a photo of himself in a hospital bed giving his fans a weak smile and a thumbs up.

He captioned this post:

Fast forward to October 7, Mark just posted wedding photos of himself to his long-time girlfriend, Amy Nelson. The two pictures he posted featured the two of them sitting down and eating cake. The second photo included Mark and Amy looking at each other, so in love.

Mark captioned his wedding photo announcement:

"10 years and counting. Going to go for the world record or die trying. 9/20/2025,"

The date on the caption revealed that the pair actually got married in September, and waited a while before they shared the wonderful news with their fans.
