Russell Howard 2026 'Don't Tell The Algorithm' tour: Presale, dates, venues, and more explored

Comedian Russell Howard has officially announced his return to the stage with a new stand-up tour, Don't Tell The Algorithm. The trek will run from January through November 2026. The Bristol-born comic will bring his show to 74 venues across the UK and Ireland.

The tour has been set to begin at Ipswich's Regent Theatre on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Russell Howard will wrap it up at the Brighton Dome on Saturday, November 28, 2026. In between, Howard will perform multiple shows in notable cities including London, Manchester, Glasgow, Liverpool, Bristol, Belfast, Dublin, Birmingham, and more.

Russell Howard announced the upcoming 2026 stand-up run via an official Instagram post, which read:

"New UK & Ire tour. No phones, no distractions, just humans and jokes. Don’t tell the algorithm. Sign up for the fan pre-sale on Wednesday 24th September."

A tour description on Russell Howard's official website reads:

"Russell Howard is back with a brand-new stand-up tour in 2026. After breaking records with sold-out shows across the globe, 'one of the world's top comedians' (The Sunday Times) is inviting you back into the room: no phones, no distractions, just humans and jokes. Don't tell the algorithm."

Russell Howard was a panelist on Mock The Week before he launched his own hit BBC series Russell Howard's Good News, which ran for 10 series. Recently, he fronted The Russell Howard Hour on Sky, which ran for 182 episodes.

So far, the beloved comedian has released seven stand-up specials, toured internationally across 30 countries, and played record-breaking runs at venues like the Royal Albert Hall. Russell Howard's previous global tour included 237 shows in 141 cities and reportedly sold more than 435,000 tickets.

Presale and ticket information

Fans will get an opportunity to buy tickets for Russell Howard's 2026 stand-up tour through a fan presale, which has been set to begin on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10 am. To access the presale, fans need to sign up via Russell Howard's official site. The general sale will open on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 10 am via the official artist website and other authorized ticketing platforms.

For select venues such as Liverpool Empire, additional presale access is available for ATG+ members. It is also starting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10 am.
